Something Has Awakened UNDERWATER

Kristen Stewart and Vincent Cassel starrer under the ocean adventure “UNDERWATER” looks amazing in the first trailer. This 20th Century Fox sci-fi thriller co-stars T.J. Miller, John Gallagher Jr., Jessica Henwick, and Mamoudou Athie.

Directed by William Eubank, and written by Brian Duffield and Adam Cozad, the film follows a crew of underwater researchers, who are stranded seven miles below the ocean’s surface and must scramble to safety and avoid ocean nasties after an earthquake devastates their subterranean laboratory.

Is that alien or some other terrifying sea monster? Few social media users have already started comparing it with a few earlier movies, and some call it as a mix of The Abyss and Alien. And some even see it as something like Alien Covenant but under the water.

Recently, we have watched quite a few good movies based on outer space, but something in this depth of oceans even looks frightening. Surely, science-fiction stories have always been amazing when we start visualizing the startling mysteries of the universe.

Well, for now, the trailer of UNDERWATER is enough to let our imagination free rein, as we can certainly say that the movie looks promising for a great theatrical experience.
