The movie centers on Paul (Ray Nicholson), a violent sociopath who breaks out of a mental health facility and develops an obsession with pop star Sofia (Samara Weaving). He breaks into her house and kidnaps her because he thinks they were meant to be together. As Paul’s delusions deepen and his dangerous allies multiply, what begins as a terrifying ordeal turns into a psychological nightmare.
Sofia has to battle for her life and her sanity with the support of her loyal bodyguard, Eric Dane. Fans of edgy, high-stakes thrillers should not miss BORDERLINE, which is said to combine dark humor with intense suspense.
