Directed by Phillip Noyce, “The Desperate Hour” (original title Lakewood) is a tense thriller starring Naomi Watts who is in a race against time to save her child after police place her hometown on lockdown due to an active shooter incident.
The film was earlier premiered at Toronto International Film Festival and has so far received positive reviews from critics. The film releases in cinemas and on-demand on February 25.
