Unleashing the Monster Within: "TOBY" - A Much-Awaited Kannada Film

The much-awaited Indian Kannada-language film “TOBY” is getting ready to make its big-screen premiere on August 25, 2023, so get ready for an exhilarating cinematic experience.

Featuring the amazing Raj B Shetty, who captured hearts with his outstanding performance in the 2021 movie “Garuda Gamana Vrishabha Vahana,” “TOBY” is expected to be an engrossing project that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

By first-time director Basil AL Chalakkal, “TOBY” presents a gripping narrative centered on the mysterious character Toby. A strange man with unique traits is shown in the recently released movie trailer, which offers fascinating insights into Toby’s life.

Toby is introduced in the trailer as an innocent person, but as the story develops, we learn that he has the startling power to change into a terrifying monster. Toby, who is referred to as Satan by some and as “thick-headed and dumb” by others, sees a dark side to his life when he is taken advantage of.

The story is compared to the story of the sacrificial goat, in which avoiding the intended outcome results in a divine metamorphosis. As Toby seeks retribution after being used and tries to sate his bloodlust, his journey also bears similarities to this story.

Joining Raj B Shetty in this thrilling saga are talented co-stars, Chaithra J Achar, Samyuktha Horanad, Gopalkrishna Deshpande, and Raj Deepak Shetty, promising an ensemble performance that will keep audiences captivated.
